Beautiful gardens and 24-hour services, but parking fee seems excessive.

We got locked out of our bathroom upon checking in, and it took forever for maintenance to help us out. one morning, we dealt with freezing showers—definitely not what I expected.

The atrium views took my breath away! Staff went above and beyond—delivering water to my room for our baby girl! The wellness spa and pools were heavenly after a day of exploring.
Strongly recommend! ❤️🥰

Beautiful indoor gardens and waterfalls create a stunning atmosphere. Parking is pricey at $37.50 per night. The water park is a hit for kids. Some areas are confusing to navigate, and signage could be better.

Stunning indoor gardens and waterfalls create a unique atmosphere. Room service is limited, and it's quite pricey everywhere. The water park is a hit with kids. Expect some long wait times at restaurants during peak hours.

This hotel is just a few steps from the Grand Ole Opry and only a 10-minute walk from the beautiful Gaylord Opryland Resort Gardens, making it super easy to enjoy Nashville's famous music scene and lovely parks; the rooms were clean and comfortable, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring local attractions and checking out great food places like Cascades American Cafe, which is just a short stroll away. it could use some improvements during busy times as there were a few areas temporarily closed, which impacted our experience.

The rooms were spacious and clean with comfy beds. The free breakfast was nice and had a good variety of options for the kids.
It wasn't the cheapest place to stay but worth it for the comfort.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Temperature control was efficient, keeping the space cozy. We chose an interior room, which added ambiance with soothing sounds from the nearby water features. The pillows could be better; they were too small and lacked support. Housekeeping didn’t consistently leave the two bottles of water promised. The noise was pleasant at night, thanks to the music and water sounds. the initial room provided a disappointing view of a tree, but the staff was responsive in moving us to a better location.

The gardens are stunning and spotless, perfect for a leisurely stroll. The water light show is a showstopper that you can't miss, and everything you need is right there on the property!
Just wish there were more dining options without breaking the bank.

Beautiful venue. Exceptional staff. there were issues. My check-in experience was marred by a lack of clarity regarding breakfast. Pillows reeked of cigarettes. Unfortunate. I was also overcharged nearly $100. The room's iron burned a hole in my shirt, yet the hotel made an accommodation. Coffee pot? Non-functional—it required a trek to the front desk for assistance. Dining at the steakhouse was delightful. Still, the bar lacked Prosecco, causing delays. Prices are outrageous. $26 for breakfast, excessive resort fees, and a baffling 30% tax on meals. Ample beauty, but amenities need improvement. Quality toilet paper and more attentive staff are essentials. Return? Absolutely. But there’s room for improvement.

Beautiful plants and clean, but overpriced food and confusing layout.

The stunning grounds and interior decor of the Gaylord Opryland create a relaxing tropical feel. I faced issues with shuttle service timing, long lines, and lack of helpful info regarding parking options. Despite minor setbacks, the overall atmosphere, views, and activities made the stay enjoyable.

Beautiful hotel, beautiful gardens with well-kept scenery and a great variety of attractions to enjoy during your stay.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

The room was clean and nicely decorated, with a beautiful balcony view of the atrium. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The hotel's indoor spaces were stunning, with lovely decorations and scenery to enjoy during leisurely walks.
The high cost of lodging and parking was a major downside, making the overall price steep and potentially prohibitive for some guests. the check-in process and payment confirmation were a bit disorganized, causing unnecessary stress , especially when it came to billing concerns.

Beautiful property with a stunning atrium and impressive holiday decorations. Kids loved the water park, though the arcade felt pricey. The room was clean and comfortable, and check-in was a breeze thanks to Luz's great recommendation for a balcony upgrade. Dining options were tasty but steep; a bit more inclusivity would be nice, like complimentary breakfast. The venue’s layout confused many, leaving us lost at times. A few rough patches, like noisy neighbors and excessive fees, dampened the experience slightly. Still, the festive atmosphere and convenience made it a memorable getaway worth considering again.

The property had a great location, with beautiful scenery and festive decorations during the holiday season. The variety of attractions and activities offered made it easy to have a fun and relaxing time. The spa and dinner reservations were a highlight, providing a luxurious experience for guests.
The convention held during our stay attracted a crowd of rude and inconsiderate individuals, impacting the overall atmosphere negatively. The convention attendees left trash around the property, making it less appealing for other guests.

The Soundwave and waterfall show was a highlight for us, providing a unique and enjoyable experience. there were a few aspects that could be improved. the pricing for parking seemed unnecessary, especially considering other resorts offer free parking. the night time water show was underwhelming and lacked the expected country music vibe of Music City. It would have been nice to see more complimentary perks, like nightly live music and snacks,. One disappointing factor was the lack of internet access in our room, and the staff's apparent indifference towards fixing the issue. The inconsistency in information provided by different staff members about the water park rules was also frustrating. Despite these drawbacks, the cleanliness of the facility was commendable. the high pricing, lack of communication regarding additional charges, and subpar customer service left us feeling a bit disappointed with our overall experience. the room lacked certain amenities such as a microwave, making it challenging to warm up food or beverages. The layout of the hotel was a bit confusing to navigate, and the check-in and payment process proved to be a hassle, causing unnecessary stress during what should have been a relaxing stay.

The cabanas were lit, bro! We chilled all day in the warm water, feeling like VIPs. Definitely a sick vibe for us to bubble in that 29-degree Celsius room!
We wished they had a cool rooftop nightclub for us night owls to vibe in after a long day of exploring in Nashville. We needed more late-night vibes to keep the party going!

The poolside menu makes me feel like I'm on a tropical island. The lobby lounge overlooks twin waterfalls, adding magic to cocktails. The resort is not for hipsters but has substantial charms.
Who needs a modern room when you have a vintage bathroom straight from the 1800s? .

The cabanas were super cozy, and the warm temperatures year-round made it feel like a tropical paradise. The kids loved splashing around, and my wife and I enjoyed relaxing under the sun.
My wife says that more kid-friendly dining options would have been a great addition for families with children.

From the moment we arrived, we were amazed by the beauty of the resort and its stunning gardens. The countless dining options exceeded our expectations, with Fall and the Library bar being absolute highlights. The convenient shuttle service to The Grand Ole Opry was a major plus. Our spacious and comfortable room, complete with effective blackout curtains, provided a peaceful retreat. We truly felt that we got more than what we paid for.
Disappointingly, our requested atrium view turned out to be of the roofs of the lower restaurants and shops.

we had a great time at Gaylord in database. the atmosphere was fantastic, with beautiful surroundings and plenty of activities right on site. the shuttle service to and from the Grand Ole Opry and the mall was a big plus. the staff was friendly and hospitable, and the decor and continuous country music playing added to the experience. it was a lovely hotel with a variety of food options and a lot to offer for an enjoyable stay.
Could not be improved in any way 🙌

We enjoyed the holiday decorations and the ICE exhibit at the hotel. The close proximity to the mall and shuttle service were convenient. Although pricey, the hotel is beautiful and offers a pleasant stay. Overall I'll recommend this hotel.

Choosing the Gaylord for its ideal location near the Grand Ole Opry exceeded expectations. The attentive staff, accustomed to the complex's size, was a pleasant surprise. The selection at Fuse Sports Bar, with its numerous high-definition TVs and tailgate-inspired dishes, was a standout favorite.
Inadequate handicap accessibility and awareness.
